Bangladesh Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kgt99 ("kgt99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kgt99 website located at https://kgt99.io, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the kgt99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or engaging with any game or betting market on the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kgt99 platform.

These Terms apply to all players using kgt99 from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Cox's Bazar, as well as all other regions of Bangladesh. All references to currency in these Terms are to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise specified.

kgt99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the kgt99 platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to kgt99 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. kgt99 enforces a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. kgt99 may at any time request documentary evidence of age, including a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

kgt99 accepts registrations from players residing in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering. kgt99 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and expressly disclaims any liability arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a kgt99 account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information at any stage of the registration process.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on kgt99. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual — whether identified by name, NID, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kgt99 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kgt99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe your kgt99 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kgt99 support immediately at [email protected]. kgt99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict further access to the affected account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Currency

All kgt99 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements and game balances are denominated in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the relevant transaction at the rate determined by kgt99.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kgt99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified in advance of any such charges. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of prolonged inactivity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kgt99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Additional payment options may be introduced or removed from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary by transaction type and player account status.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on kgt99 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. kgt99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to kgt99 are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes for mobile financial service (MFS) wallets such as bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and three (3) business days. kgt99 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing schedules, or national public holidays.

4.4 Payment Method Verification

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless specifically approved otherwise by kgt99's finance team following identity verification. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Declined Transactions

kgt99 is not responsible for any charges, fees or penalties imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with a declined, reversed or disputed transaction. If a deposit is declined, please contact your payment provider in the first instance before contacting kgt99 support.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and loyalty rewards offered by kgt99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence over these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a kgt99 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live dealer games, table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

kgt99 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using prohibited low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; exploiting software errors or miscalculations to generate bonus funds; and any other conduct that kgt99 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit the promotional system.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

kgt99 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not transferable. The same promotion may not be claimed more than once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address unless the promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on kgt99 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. kgt99 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

6.2 Published Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent a long-term statistical average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session. 6.3 Prohibited Software

The use of any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, data scraping programme, or any other form of external assistance designed to gain an unfair advantage in any kgt99 game or betting market is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

7.1 Scope of Sports Betting

kgt99 offers a cricket sportsbook covering domestic and international cricket fixtures including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and other scheduled international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers and other major cricket nations. Additional sports markets may be available from time to time.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh fixtures). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with kgt99's standard void and postponement rules published in the sportsbook help section.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at kgt99's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including during live match events. Bets accepted prior to market suspension are valid unless the event is subsequently voided under these Terms. kgt99 shall not be liable for any delay in market suspension arising from connectivity issues.

7.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets on kgt99. These limits are displayed within each market and represent the maximum amount kgt99 will pay out on any single bet or combination of bets regardless of the stake placed or the odds available at the time of bet placement.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All content on the kgt99 platform, including but not limited to the kgt99 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game imagery, promotional material and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of kgt99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kgt99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use any kgt99 content without prior written consent from kgt99.

The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on kgt99 are the registered and unregistered marks of kgt99 and its content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use these marks without the express prior written permission of the relevant owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kgt99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kgt99 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, unauthorised account access, reliance on platform content, or the outcome of any game or betting market.

kgt99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. kgt99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall kgt99's aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Amendments to Terms

kgt99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason without prior notice, except where a notice period is required by applicable law. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the kgt99 platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Termination by kgt99

kgt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or regulatory requirement. In such cases, kgt99 may withhold any pending withdrawal until the matter has been fully investigated.

12.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your kgt99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (subject to satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements and verification checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.4 Governing Language

These Terms are prepared and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience is for informational purposes only; the English version shall govern and take precedence in all matters of interpretation and dispute.

12.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

12.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kgt99 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
